Picup Media account is used for the following:

  1. Place a Retouching order or a Product order.
  2. Check the status of your order.
  3. Request a revision for your Retouching order.
  4. Download your previous orders or invoices.

To create a new Picup Media account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click "My Account" on the Picup Media homepage.

  1. Enter your full name, company website, and email. Click "CONTINUE".

  1. Enter your address, your phone number, and your chosen password. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT".
  2. You will be automatically redirected to your account.
