For some windows users, there may be instances where the images on the GemCam are appearing upside down.

Here is a guide to rectify the issue:

1. Go to Start on your computer and search for Bluetooth & Devices
2. Click on Cameras and select GemCam V2
3. There will be a selection indicating Video Rotation.
4. Select ‘No rotation’

This adjustment will correct the image orientation displayed on the GemCam, ensuring it appears right-side up.
