Once you have authenticated your GemHub account with the Edge you will be able to export and import products from The Edge into the GemHub and then once you have captured your images and videos will then be able to import them back into The Edge.
We recommend exporting your products from The Edge into your GemHub account via The Edge first so that you have all of the product information from The Edge in your GemHub as the Edge “Item#” is generated by The Edge and used as the SKU inside of the GemHub.
The steps below show you how to export and import your products between The Edge and the GemHub.
- To do this you can go to Inventory > Items > Find


- You can right click anywhere within the list view and select show checkboxes.

- Select the items you wish to send up and then hit the GemLight button at the bottom of the screen.

- You will now see the item on the GemHub.

- Using the GemLightbox App on your phone along with your GemLightbox you can capture the images and video of the products and assign them to the SKU / Item#.

- Once you have your images and videos in the GemHub assigned to the product then return to The Edge select the items and click “GemLight” again to sync the items.

- The updated media files will now appear on the Edge item.
