Effective for orders made after 19 July 2023, we are pleased to offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the GemLightbox Pro. If you find that the GemLightbox Pro does not deliver the results as advertised, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this guarantee is only applicable to orders made after 19 July 2023.

When returning an item, it must include the original packaging and accessories for a full refund to be considered. If we receive items with missing components or detect defects that occurred during your possession of the item, there will be associated fees subtracted from your refund:

  1. Accessory Items: For example, an earring holder for the GemLightbox Pro is considered an accessory. Each missing accessory will result in a USD$50 deduction from your refund.

  2. Main Device: If the main device is missing or defective, the cost of the device itself will be deducted from your refund.

Once we email you the return address, you must provide a tracking number to us within the next 2 business days. If we do not receive a tracking number within this timeframe, we will assume that you no longer wish to return your order.

Please note that return shipping will not be reimbursed and if the returned items meet the criteria mentioned above, deductions will be made accordingly from your refund.
