Servicing and repairs are handled by our technician team. In most cases, our team will require images and videos to assess whether there is any damage first.

Based on our team's assessment, Picup Media may request that you ship the damaged unit to one of our offices in Hong Kong or Sydney, Australia and you will have to cover the following:

  1. Cost of shipment both ways to and from the repair facility
  2. Custom taxes ( where applied) to and from the repair facility
  3. Cost repair upon assessment

Picup Media will either fix or replace the unit free of charge if the faults are covered under warranty and is not liable for any damage caused during the course of delivery. Full information on our warranty can be found here.
