The GemHub sends both images and videos to Shopify, but there are some limitations to consider when doing that:

1. Some Shopify templates do not support videos.
2. There is a weekly limit of 1000 videos that can be uploaded.
3. Depending on the customer's Shopify package, there may be further limits.

To avoid any issues, we recommend that the customer contacts Shopify support to confirm their package and the number of videos they can upload.

As a troubleshooting step, users can try manually downloading a video from the GemHub and uploading it to Shopify instead.
