This page guides you through deleting your account on hub.gemlightbox.com. Note that account deletion is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the account deletion process, ensure that you have backed up any important data, media, or information associated with your account.

Via GemHub

1. Login to the GemHub
2. Go to your Profile and click Settings

1. On Account Info, scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account

Via GemLightbox Application

1. Login to your GemLightbox application and click on Settings

1. Click on your Profile

1. Click on Delete Account

1. A prompt to confirm the account deletion will appear. Click on Yes to confirm
