This article provides instructions for using your own domain when sharing media, product, or catalog links from the GemHub.

By default, the domain used for sharing media, product, or catalog links from the GemHub is gembox.app. You can use a custom sub domain with the GemHub so you can have something like catalogs.yourdomain.com that will be used when you share your products, images and catalogs with customers.

To change to your domain:

1. Go to your Profile and click on Domain & URLs.

1. Click on Connect my Domain.

1. Enter your sub-domain, brand and top level domain.

You will need to create a sub domain with the company where you registered your domain name. This is a simple process that you or your technical support team can assist with. You should create something like catalogs.mydomain.com

1. Enter your own domain without the https:// & .com

• Entering your DNS Details

The process could take up to 24 hours to verify the DNS records. If everything was done properly, you will see the "Connected" status on the Domains & URLs tab and you can start sending media, product and catalog share links using your own domain.
