2. Download the media files from your original account.
3. Port and upload them into the new account

Paid Plan Users

1. Enter the payment details in the new account.
   1. Create a new account using your preferred registered email.
2. Send an email to [email protected] with the new email address that you want to switch to, and our team will update the subscription to your new email account.
3. Download the media files from your original account.
4. Port and upload them into the new account
